Chris Moreno在知识产权领域拥有近30年的从业经验，主要集中在美国和世界范围的专利文件的准备和申请。
Chris曾经代表过众多初创企业、大学、和财富500强公司（例如摩托罗拉、微软、惠普、东芝、诺基亚、AT&T），准备过逾500件美国专利，还负责过3至4倍于该数量的美国和其它国家的专利申请。这些申请涉及的技术领域广泛，包括机械、电子、软件和商业方法。他还经常为客户在知识产权组合的构建和运用的各个方面提供建议，包括专利侵权和有效性的研究。Chris还成功解决过外国的异议，并在专利上诉与争议委员会（现“专利审判与上诉委员会”）和联邦巡回上诉法院成功上诉过美国商标专利局的负面决定。Chris还曾经协助过隐写技术和太阳镜的专利诉讼。
在其法律生涯中，Chris曾是综合性事务所Vedder Price的合伙人，还在知识产权精品所Banner & Witcoff做过律师，并在一家医疗器械的初创公司做过法务。在那之前，Chris在摩托罗拉工作，曾经担任过法务部的专利代理人，以及专攻数字信号处理的电气工程师。
